Shipping

We ship VEYVU orders worldwide. If we can’t deliver to your address, you won’t be able to select it at checkout.

Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States.

For orders delivered outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the delivery option you choose. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

The delivery options available for your address, with estimated delivery times, are shown at checkout. Estimates come from the carrier and can change, especially during holidays, sales or bad weather.

When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

For US orders, any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country. Unless checkout shows these as included in your order total, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. We can’t predict or control these charges.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it, but once an order has shipped we may not be able to change it.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (shipping may be charged again) or a refund of the items.
