These terms are an agreement between you and VEYVU (“we”, “us”) about your use of veyvu.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on different screens, and fit varies from person to person.

Before launch, products shown on this website are development concepts: illustrations and concept imagery, including AI-generated model images, show the intended designs, not photos of finished products. Names, colors, sizes and other details may change before products go on sale.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout shows another currency. The price, availability, shipping and any applicable taxes for your order are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

All items are subject to availability. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed. We’ll tell you if this happens.

Checkout is provided by Shopify, which processes your payment. After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. Our acceptance of your order — and the contract between us — happens when we ship it and send your shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we can’t verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped it can only be exchanged under our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. All sales are final, with exchanges available as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Both form part of these terms.

The VEYVU name, logo, symbol, designs, text, images and other content on this website belong to VEYVU or are used with permission. You may view them for your personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Please don’t misuse the website. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works, submitting false information or spam through our forms, or using automated tools to collect content from it.

We provide this website “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Virginia, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
